Product Description
This product is a new generation of environmentally friendly water-based cleaning agent that takes into account detergency, low foaming properties, corrosion inhibition, etc. It has the characteristics of strong decontamination ability, good cleaning effect, and long-lasting cleaning power.
Applications
It is suitable for removing oil and scale from the surface of various steel and aluminum parts, as well as pre-washing before electrostatic spraying and painting, etc.

Precautions for use
1. Cleaning method: ultrasonic cleaning, immersion cleaning or high-pressure spray immersion cleaning. The recommended cleaning time is 3 to 10 minutes (the best effect is adjusted according to actual conditions);
2. Heated cleaning, it is recommended that the temperature be controlled at 60-70℃;
3. Change the cleaning agent regularly to avoid affecting the cleaning effect;
4. If the operator is in contact with the cleaning agent for a long time, it is recommended to wear rubber gloves to avoid degreasing;
5. After cleaning, the workpiece should not be in direct contact with hands to avoid sweat spots and rust;
6. In order to achieve the best cleaning effect, it is recommended to use a cleaning method of 3 to 5 tanks.
Storage and packaging
★ Store in a cool and ventilated place, away from sunlight and rain;
★ The shelf life is 18 months at room temperature and stored as general chemicals;
★ 15Kg/plastic barrel, 170Kg/iron barrel.
Health and Environment
This product does not contain nitrite carcinogens, phenols and other highly toxic substances, and does not contain phosphorus, which is more conducive to environmental protection.
